Family house in the Magic village of Richelieu
This typical village house of Richelieu is located in a warm and quiet street a few steps from the Place de l'Eglise and market halls.
With a surface of 130m2 with 3 bedrooms, the house will welcome you with family or friends for a weekend or for holidays.
Completely renovated in April 2024, it consists on the ground floor of a large living room, a dining room for 8 people overlooking a small fully equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, raclette...). A laundry room is also at your disposal with a large fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a dryer and a guest toilet.
Rare for the houses of the village, it has a small sunny garden all afternoon and equipped with a garden furniture, a table for meals and a plancha for grills.
On the 1st floor, the landing serves 3 bedrooms:
-A large 35m2 bedroom with a king size bed (160x200) and a single bed (90x200) with its open shower room and separate toilet
-A smaller room with a double bed (140x200), ideal for teens or a couple.
-A bedroom with 2 beds of 80x200 that can be combined into a king size bed and its bathroom with bath and toilet
The house was designed as a family home, with all the essential equipment for adults and children:
Baby equipment (cot, high chair, bath stand, pot) and games and books for older children are at your disposal
