The girl in the front was trying to check in a gentleman who said he had two rooms reserved but there wasn’t even rooms ready. She had to call in some girls to come clean the rooms. It was to a state wrestling weekend in Richfield.

Hotels .com overbooked the hotel and so when we went to check in tha evening we were told no rooms were available even though we had a reservation made months prior. The manager said she would find us a room in town and said it would be same rate as what our reservation was that was not the case found us a tiny room only full size bed ( our original reservation was 2 queens) and tried to charge us210 for the night bathroom was not clean rest of room was tidy and clean. Not a great experience now I have to try to get my money back from original reservation from hotels .com

The Staff was great the manager Jamie went out of her way for us, The breakfast was good and the hot tub was nice and hot, pool was also warm and not cold like others, we look forward to staying there again in the future
