I wasn't really paying attention. It was a last minute booking. I was in and out. I will say that all of the 110VAC outlets were very loose. I had to bend the prongs on all of my power cords to keep them from falling out. Loved the pillows. My room was right above the office so there was quite a bit of noise. no big deal. Internet speed was good. HVAC was excellent.

The only thing we experienced was that there were multiple kids birthday parties at this location and it was very rowdy for the entire time my kids and I were there; we were unable to enjoy the pool area with the constant screaming and horseplay, although the pool area was beautiful, it was insane trying to enjoy our time together while trying not to get shot at by water cannons and hear over the constant curdling screams of children. I’m not joking, there was kids shoving and a big dude slam dunking on the pool side basketball hoop smacking children and himself in the head; anyway, it’s the parents issue but keep in mind if you’re booking to perhaps call ahead and ask if there are any children’s birthday parties in the schedule if you’re planning to enjoy any pool time.
