Out of date style. Loud Latin night club music in the lobby. You have to pay for breakfast….. 2 bucks for an apple. Rust in showers and chipped paint on ceiling walls outside the showers. The only positive thing was the cleaning staff were friendly and helpful.

My stay at Aloft Richmond West Short Pump was excellent! The staff was welcoming, the rooms were clean and modern, and the atmosphere was upbeat and refreshing. The location is perfect—close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Horrible stay. Urine stained mattress, desk attendant never answered the phone throughout my entire stay, and a/c unit was hanging off the unit in the room.

The rooms were renovated since my last stay. However, I did not appreciate the lack of customer service of the evening front desk attendant. I was locked out of my room for 45 minutes on 2 of my 3 nights stay and was told that it was because the card was left in my wallet although I never put the card in my wallet. Maintenance finally called to fix the lock and advised that the battery died in the card reader. I love the area but I will never stay there again.
