After reading some of the other reviews I was concerned that the breakfast would be less than desirable, but it was alright. Waffles, bacon, sausage patties (no eggs due to short supply) cold cereal, yogurt, pastries, juice… it was fine. The room was newly redecorated, and it felt like not too many people had stayed there before we did. It was a great spot to break for the night.

Hire staff & buy the products supporting guest exp

Hotel has the chance to be nice, but they’re cutting corners in places they shouldn’t… clearly to save money, but it’s a bad call! This looks like two old hotels were purchased, remodeled, branded under choice hotels & being run by family. The two people I encountered were lovely, BUT they need to hire staff to keep up w/ areas impacting guest experience. I went to the coffee/h2o station near front desk: there were six 1/2 & 1/2 creamers, some sugar packets, empty bowls for the rest of what should have been other flavored creamers & sweeteners. Tower that was to have lemon h2o in it was empty- h2o on the bottom. I asked for flavored creamer, they referenced shipment not in yet but he would go to store to have flavored creamer tomorrow for breakfast. Which he did! Kudos! Breakfast had NO hot food (no eggs, no sausage, etc), a few apples that were LITERALLY ROTTING, minimal bread options for toast, no yogurt, nohard boiled eggs, no peanut butter, no designated attendant. Waffle station was up & running-that’s cheap to run. Front desk person doubles as breakfast person it seems. No apple juice in the juice machine- just h2o. Workout room was enjoyable, but h2o machine had no h2o in it. Outside trash can at our entrance had a full trash bag on top of the trash can the whole time we were there. Hotel had BIG weed smell a couple different times (in only 1 day stay). Beds hard. I went b/c reviews said new rms. Yes but that’s it. I don’t like hotels saving $ on goods & Svcs promised.
The three apples in the top bowl are ROTTING! Gross!
This was at our entrance the whole stay (Thursday evening to Friday noon)
No hot food- looked like brand new tray and it wouldn’t open all the way. NEVER BEEN USED.
Great job getting the creamer like he said he would, but breakfast area need an attendant to keep clean, refreshing every station.

The only thing i didn't like was they advertised they offerd breakfast and there was no breakfast 😒 Tje hotel was very clean and staff were friendly. The hotel was remodeled and looked good.

Beautiful remodel with potential but disappointing

Great property that just opened. Front desk person said he would be with me in a minute while he ate his sandwich and was on his phone. OK so he needs a little polishing. What sent the rating down was breakfast. One person for the entire property. Breakfast roomat the otherend of this maze of corridors. No Coffee. Nothing hot except waffles. Someone called ddown and he came from the desk and said he would havecoffee in a couple of minutes. I asked about the resst of the breakfast and he said the first delivery was not yet made. Not my problem. I asked why they did not use petty cash and go to one of the 3 supermarkets within a 1/2 mile. He said they could not because they were under contract. I went to check out and there was a sign to call a 9 digit number for service. Left my card and went through the maze after trying the disgusting Folgers from the machine in hte lobby. Had to back track because i could not get out of the building at the exit by my car without a key card. Fire hazard. In back tracking I saw a large group of people all looking from the Indian Subcontinent enjoying a full breakfast in anotherroom. Table cloths and all. A lot of DND signs on the doors. I wonder if this is an immigrant hotel? The place has a lot of potential but training and adequate staffing and management are lacking. Full disclosure i worked for 6 years at Hampton Inns at the desk, night audit and assisted with breakfast.

It is newly remodeled and is very clean. The breakfast left alot to be desired. Breakfast room was far from the lobby , down a long hallway. It was right across from our room which was nice but the door slammed every time it was opened.
