The staff wouldn’t bring clean towels to the room. I was told I’d have to bring my dirty towels down to the front desk. There was no complimentary water, or any for purchase. The staff was very laxed and had no clue about anything.

Did not have hot water. I complained to the front desk and they did not care. The younger girl at the desk wanted to argue and was so rude because we complained about taking cold showers. Every small ask to them seemed like an inconvenience or they “don’t know”. Awful experience.

The hotel was very clean and quiet and every one of the staff was amazing. Very helpful kind and courteous. And having Jimmy's pizza restaurant connected to the hotel was very convenient and the food was very good and the restaurant was clean.

The smell in the entrance and in the halls was absolutely disgusting. The rooms were not totally dirty, but still dirty. There was urine around where the toilet attaches to the ground. That was there before me or my son used the facility. The bedding had stains on everything. The pillow cases, the sheets, and the blanket. Thankfully, the rooms didn’t smell, but stained bedding is not acceptable. The halls and entry looked like a prison and are very dirty and smelly. The walls, the floors, the doors; everything is filthy. For $120.00 per night, this was grossly unacceptable. Hands down the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I travel a lot and stay in a lot of hotels. The room was maybe worth 20.00 per night. I will never stay at another Comfort Inn regardless of where my travels take me because of this experience. The only thing I liked about the hotel was the fact it was eight minutes away from Fort Gregg Adams and I was able to see my son.
