As you step inside, you`ll be greeted by a bright and spacious open-concept living area and kitchen, bathed in natural light. The stylish, modern design creates a warm and inviting atmosphere for everyone to gather. Unwind on the comfortable sofa for a movie night or challenge the family to one of the provided board games.

The sleek, fully-equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures, from a quick breakfast made with the Keurig coffee machine to a full family dinner.

The home features three peaceful bedrooms:
Primary Suite: A private haven with its own modern en-suite bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower and two closets.
Two Additional Bedrooms: Thoughtfully placed at the opposite end of the home for privacy, sharing a second full bathroom.
For guests who need to work or study, we’ve included a dedicated workspace with a desk and comfortable office chair to help you stay productive.

You will have exclusive and private access to the entire home and the fully fenced backyard—a perfect spot for relaxing after a full day of exploring. Please note that the garage is not available for guest use and is reserved for owner storage.

We respect our guests` privacy and offer a self-check-in process for your convenience. While we will not be on-site during your stay, we are readily available via the messaging app should you have any questions or need assistance.

Check-in/Out: Check-in is after 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated for a fee, depending on our cleaning schedule. Please inquire in advance.

Booking: The individual who makes the reservation must be staying at the property, unless a special arrangement is approved with us beforehand.

Fireplace: The indoor fireplace is a beautiful decorative feature. For your safety, its use is strictly prohibited.

Cancellation: Reservations may be cancelled up to 3 days before your stay for a full refund.

Stays of 29 days or more: Guests are required to complete a separate rental agreement prior to occupying the home for the stay. Documents are reviewed and signed electronically.
A rental agreement is required for long term stays. Guests for long term stays must sign the agreement prior to arrival.

Smoking: Absolutely no smoking inside or outside of the property. Smoking will result in immediate termination of occupancy, additional fees, and loss of monies. Smoking includes, but is not limited to, cigars, cigarettes, hookah, vaping, and marijuana. ANY evidence of smoking indoors will result in an immediate $250 charge. NO EXCEPTIONS.
This policy is non-negotiable and is enforced without warning. Odor, ash, residue, or tampering with smoke detectors will all result in charges. By staying in this home, you are agreeing to this policy. Violations will also incur 100% of the cost of the next reservation if their stay is disrupted.
