This would have been a five star review if the manager Jennie Gold would at least responded to my email. We came for the pool only. Just to check in and find out it was closed due to the heater being broken. Nothing on the website stated this. We stayed for two nights and wasn’t accommodated in anyway. It was my five year olds birthday and he was highly disappointed. Jennie could have at least responded at bare minimum.

While there was a hiccup with my room on the first day, it was handled quickly and professionally. I travel to Richmond, VA 5-6 times a year and I think I've found my go-to hotel.
