My stay at the Holiday Inn Express was outstanding from start to finish. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the staff was welcoming and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a restful and enjoyable stay. A special thank you to Hope, who truly exemplified excellent customer service. She was friendly, personable, and always willing to help with any questions. This was an exceptional experience with no complaints whatsoever. I will absolutely stay at the Holiday Inn Express again on my next trip to Virginia!

Mark at the front desk was amazing! He was warm, welcoming, funny, and extremely hospitable. Our room was clean, but the bathroom was very tight in terms of space. The breakfast at the hotel was very good according to my family (I have food allergy issues and didn't eat anything). Hope was very good at making sure there was plenty of hot food for people during breakfast, and she was very professional. The other guy that worked breakfast seemed to get frustrated easily with people and was cursing at times too. But other than that, we had a good stay, and especially with the location, I would stay here again.
