This house was in a very nice area and minutes away from shopping area. We had no issues getting in the property once it was time and there was plenty of space for the group we had. 3 bedrooms were downstairs which was great for those that couldn't do stairs. We didn't use any appliances but they all looked to be working. Some amenities were provided, like towels, soaps and cleaning supplies. You may want to take a thicker blanket though. Small grill outside which was great for a quick grill of hotdogs or sausage. We were there on a Saturday so we had to set the trash out the night before. This was a little confusing because it said to set trash behind the outside door but it was in the garage. So we did put it back where we got it. The house is definitely big enough for large family and we felt the vehicles were safe outside. We would stay again if we ever need to. We didn't need to contact the host but he seemed to be available as needed.
