What a lovely BnB, such character within the whole building as its so old. Parking is just outside if you get a space but dont forget to get a parking disc from the property. Our stay was just for one night sadly but would defiantly stay again. there is a honesty bar if you dont want to venture out to the local pub across the road. Breakfast was chosen the night before which we didnt have an issue with, the offerings were excellent including the buffet choice with fruit/cereals and juices etc...before our chosen full English...yummy Didnt have time to stop and look around Richmond itself but it looked when driving through to be a great place to wander and shop in the cobbled square.

Pros - warm welcome (free drink), good communications, great location, cosy room and comfy bed, fantastic breakfast Cons - in busy times parking in square might be tricky, little bit of tlc needed (broken tiles, chips on corner of walls)

Room was lovely with the bonus of a real fire, historic building in the centre of Richmond. Breakfast was great but the tables should be organised differently (my opinion only). There is no parking and parking is restricted to 2 hours outside. Over all a great stay

Room was clean. I would not class this B & B as Luxury. Bathroom sink was cracked. Issue with dripping taps on the bath, difficult to turn off. Sink hot water tap needed turned sereral times to get a good flow. As the run was a family room, there was no warnings for the hot water and a child could have scolded themselves as it was so hot. Heating was very hit and miss althoughh electric heaters were supplied in room. Couldnt get the large window to shut. Breakfast snug was cold and drafty. Sitting room had a fire but never lit. Too cold to sit in. Host Nigel was very nice and friendly. Parking an issue, had to move vehicle every 2 hours through the day. That is a general statement for parking in Richmond.

The location really couldn’t be better for exploring the town of Richmond, the house it’s self is beautiful, the room was gorgeous (Wesley suite), the breakfast was more delicious and you had a good choice to choose from, all in all highly recommended, would definitely return

Was a lovely b&b felt so welcome from start to finish arrived to a friendly welcome and complimentary drinks and help to our rooms which was beautiful and cozy like a home from home all the finishing touches dressing gowns even a hot water bottle the beds was so comfy and lovely soft sheets had a fantastic night sleep didn't want to get up. The breakfast was a definite 10/10 honestly if you get a chance i would highly recommend it i will definitely be returning Thank you

A friendly welcome and nice room, but had to park quite a way from property and couldn't get WiFi in bedroom. High sided bath difficult to access for my wife. Excellent breakfast.
