Queen beds were smaller than standard size, measured like a full size mattress. Free breakfast was disappointing. Got there 40 minutes before close and all the hot food was gone. The staff member walked anround and refilled lids and other noon food items but never the hot food. A slew of people came during this time and everyone had to forgo what could have been available.

It was a horrible check in experience. The lady at the desk is not nice nor courteous and didn't seem to know what to do. I will checkout this morning and presently there are 2 credit cards on file, completely unnecessary. I want to speak with management.
