Das Zimmer war geräumig, aber extrem kalt. Wie wir am nächsten Tag herausfanden, gab es im ganzen Haus Probleme mit der Heizung. Es ist sehr enttäuschend, dass man nicht proaktiv darüber informiert wurde. Zusatzdecken mussten wir anfragen, wir wurden nicht selbstständig zusätzlich ausgerüstet. Ausserdem war die Fensterschliessung in unserem Zimmer defekt, die Fenster und der Balkonzugang dichteten nicht gut ab, was zusätzlich sehr kalt machte. Für den bezahlten Preis wäre wirklich eine bessere Betreuung zu erwarten gewesen oder ein Entgegenkommen des Preises zu erwarten, denn es schneite die ganze Nacht durch! Dies trübte unseren Aufenthalt merklich. Positiv war das Essen im Restaurant und das reichhaltige Frühstückbuffet. Das Bedienpersonal war seht freundlich.
