The staff was amazing. They were friendly, welcoming, professional, and helpful. Congratulations to Radisson for having great employees like Andrew, Anna, Gabriela, and Vadims. The hotel is also located in a central location, making it easy to go anywhere. Great breakfast buffet. 💯% recommended.

The hotel is conveniently located on the edge of the Riga Old Town (accessible by taxi). Walking distance to all attractions and dozens of great dining options. Rooms are not very large but functional. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Great hotel in great location.

Really lovely and helpful staff. The hotel is within walking distance to everything and there is a tram stop outside. Bastion hill is directly across the road and lots of the old town sights right around the corner. The breakfast had fantastic choices and there was free fruit available to take during the day. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was a great size and didnt leak!. I would definitely recommend.this hotel to friends and if i do ever visit Riga again, i wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Very positive hotel stay experience.

Excellent hotel. Such great room. Lovely staff and perfect location. Old paving stones and several bars 50 meters away could make your night sleepless. I was prepared and had my earplugs ready. Hotel could place some in the room, that would be very handy.

Brilliant stay very close to the old town!

I checked in to find my original room hadn’t been cleaned by housekeeping. I went downstairs to inform the lady at check in and she apologised profusely and said she would upgrade me to a superior room. I was really pleased about this as I would have been happy with my original room just being cleaned by housekeeping. The lady at the front desk was fantastic and went above and beyond to help me. My superior room was absolutely gorgeous and completely spotless. I had a coffee making machine, super soft and comfortable bed and a glorious view of the park across the street. My room was amazing!! The breakfast was wonderful and really delicious. The staff were really polite, friendly and kind. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend.
