Absolutely incredible hotel with friendly people who will do everything to assist you when needed. Attention was welcoming and food served was delicious. One girl by the name Laima was very approachable and delightful when we needed help. Thank you very much

The property is in a brilliant location, very close to sights in Old Town. Whilst our room was nice and spacious, the cleanliness and beds were a complete let down. The mattresses desperately needed replacing as they were well-used and “sunken”. Our bathroom floor was never cleaned nor was the toilet. Disappointed. The breakfast was ok, nothing to rave about. There are other decent properties in very close proximity, I’d recommend booking at one of those over this place if I had to do it all over again.

Great location. Lovely comfy clean room with good breakfast. Staff need to give more attention to service eg replenishing breakfast buffet more readily and helping / directing customers to additional seating which necessitates carrying breakfast buffet and choices and hot drinks up a spiral staircase.

Rated 4 Star hotel should be 2-3 Star Hostel

I am amazed how this" hotel" managed to get its 4 Star rating? Terrible experience. Restaurant only open Thursday to Sunday and MUST book and order meal day before. RIDICULOUS IDEA! Room stuffy, no air conditioning. Unable to sleep until 3 in morning at weekend due to loud music and noise. The only positive was the housekeeping, room was cleaned every day fresh towels and bed linen changed every three days. I would definitely not recommend this "Hotel"

Very good standard. We would stay there again. Ask for a room at the back, it’s quieter. Happy welcoming staff. Great location to explore the old town. Good local restaurant and bars virtually next door to the hotel.

very close to city centre literally 5 mins and then very close to the bus to and from the airport. Rooms are very large, comfortable and clean.

We could only fault two things - the very out of date bathroom and the nightclub which was in the same street and kept us awake until 4 am. This isn't the hotel's fault obviously, but perhaps it should be mentioned in the hotel description. At weekends, the nightclub is open till 6 am. No wonder ear plugs are provided in the room! Apart from that, a cosy comfortable hotel.
