Good location, some issues with room.

The hotel is in a good location if youre looking for the beach but theres not much else around. The staff were friendly and helpful and check in was easy. Breakfast was also nice. Free parking is a 15 minute walk away at a supermarket, not near the hotel but you can park out the front to quickly drop off bags. Light switch for the bathroom was broken as was the flush for the toilet which was a bit annoying. There was no coffee or milk in the room and i couldnt get the kettle to plug in. Overall is fine for a cheap place to stay near the beach.

Pros: nice room, air conditioning, friendly helpful staff, easy check in, bus stop out front, just steps to the beach. Breakfast was good. Cons: all are minor, such as: smaller room than expected, no iron, loud bathroom fan, only 1 key given to us (a couple).

Everything was fine. The food at the hotel was excellent. Our room had a balcony with a sea view and air conditioning. The bed was comfortable and not too hard. At first glance, the hotel wasn't easy to find, but once you did, you were delighted by the pleasant ambiance. We couldn't find a parking space at first, but they provided us with a private parking space that was easily accessible in about a 10-minute walk. This allowed us to see a bit more of Viserba. The staff were very nice and friendly.

Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und neuwertig. Einzig die Tür veraltet. Zimmer ist hellhörig wie in anderen Hotels auch. Das Frühstück war inklusive und sensationell gut, wenn man von dem günstigen Übernachtungspreis ausgeht. Selten einen so leckeren Kuchen gegessen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sowohl reichhaltig, wie vielfältig. Die Matratze war fest und nicht einseitig durchgelegen. Für einen Rundumblick gibt es eine Dachterrasse. Der Strand liegt direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite. Liegen und Schirme müssen gemietet werden. Es handelt sich um einen Privatstrand, der dafür aber auch sehr sauber ist. Man darf ohne Schirm/Liege/Stuhl höchstens auf eigenen Handtüchern liegen. Wir konnten dank Nebensaison in der Nähe einen der wenigen Parkplätze ergattern. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden, sicher auch Dank der Nebensaison, da nur wenige Gäste im Hotel waren und der Geräuschpegel dementsprechend. Nicht gefallen: Es fehlte die Anweisung zur Anfahrt, um andere ZTL´s zu vermeiden bzw. überhaupt Hinweise auf entsprechende ZTL´s und Bedingungen. Hotel liegt in der ZTL Viserba. Dafür kann das Hotel eine Genehmigung beantragen, die bei uns aber erst im Nachhinein gestellt wurde. Google führte uns auch noch durch eine andere ZTL, die wir leider nicht erkannt haben und jetzt auf einen Strafbescheid warten. ZTL : zona traffico limitato. Bei Einfahrt ohne Genehmigung wird dank Videoüberwachung eine Strafe von ca. 100€ fällig.

La struttura è stata ristrutturata con un bellissimo gusto estetico. La zona è ben servita, tuttavia dal parcheggio molto difficile. Colazione da migliorare, poca attenzione al dettaglio e offerta salata molto limitata

Migliorabile, cambi biancheria e reintegro di prodotti solo dopo alcuni giorni anzi reintegro doccia schiuma mai avvenuto, ricevuti solo il primo giorno. Scomodo per parcheggire l'auto, ma per chi va al mare e vuole vivere la zona la consiglio perchè mare e passeggio serale proprio di fronte alla struttura. Veranda ben curata e ristorante discreto, la colazione appena sufficiente.
