Résidence très sympa et très bien localisée. Dommage que l'appartement manque d'équipements (pas de lave vaisselle, pas de tire bouchon, pas de verres a vin, pas de grille pain) et l'appartement mériterait une rénovation.

E molto comodo a due passi dal mare. Ristoranti mercati e tutti i vari negozi sono sempre a due passi ma sopra tutto la Ragazza che si occupa del servizio Cristina è perfetta, sempre disponibile a a soddisfare ogni richiesta degli ospiti. Consiglio di prenotare l’appartamento Nr. 41 ha una terrazza privata dove prendere il solo in tutta libertà.

К сожалению, мы были в отеле всего пару суток на исходе лета 2019 г. Апартаменты вполне нас устроили: чисто, светло, просторно. Не мешали проходящие мимо поезда: более того, в этом был даже некий изыск. Скажу еще, что мы с удовольствием проживали бы в нем и далее, если бы он был поближе к центру. Куда мы перебрались на первую декаду осени. Минусом я бы назвал только "неуверенную" работу карточки-ключа. Все прочее - хорошо!!!

Abbiamo avuto diversi problemi con questa struttura. Innanzitutto la prenotazione prevedeva una stanza con divano letto matrimoniale e balcone, ma in realtà quest’ultimo era assente proprio e il divano letto era in realtà un letto a muro con materasso extra da estrarre sotto, non molto comodo. Alla nostra richiesta di spiegazioni inoltre, dopo aver chiamato diverse volte senza risposta, ci è stato detto che la disponibilità di appartamenti con balcone era finita e che non era colpa loro... siamo rimasti piuttosto male dato che la nostra scelta era stata dettata proprio dalla presenza (secondo la descrizione sul sito dell’appartamento) di un balcone ad uso personale ed avevamo anche pagato con anticipo. Esiste una terrazza ad uso comune all’ultimo piano ma la sera risulta molto poco utilizzabile data l’assenza di un’illuminazione. Altri problemi sono sorti con lo staff. Poco presente in struttura, e in particolare la sera poco disponibile. La prima sera ad esempio data la pioggia abbondante, abbiamo chiamato il receptionist di turno per chiedere se avessero avuto degli ombrelli da prestare ai clienti, ma in maniera davvero poco cortese ci ha detto di andare a comprarcelo e anche quando alla fine ci ha fornito un ombrello per 5 persone sottolineando che era di sua proprietà e avremmo dovuto starci attenti ha voluto aggiungere, guardandomi in faccia, che nessun albergo offre questo servizio... cosa assolutamente non vera. Mortificare il cliente non è il modo di comportarsi.

Das 2-Zimmer-Appartament mit einer Küchenzeile ist sehr geräumig, gut ausgestattet, top Klimaanlage, sehr sauber, nette Betreiber vor allem Kristina war super lieb zu uns und hat sich stets bemüht, dass wir uns in der Residenz wohlfühlen. Es ist sehr nah an Strand gelegen, es gibt voll viele Cafes, Imbisse, Einkaukaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der einzige Nachteil sind die Bahngleise, aber wenn man Fenster zu hat, hört man kaum was. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!!!

Über die Residence Mimosa können wir nichts berichten, da wir im "Hotel Santanna" untergebracht waren. Dies wurde uns am Anreisetag kurz vor Anreise mitgeteilt. Das Apartement im Hotel Santanna entspricht keineswegs den Bildern der Residence Mimosa. Das junge Pärchen im Hotel Santanna ist

Dejligt Hotel gode Lejligheder beliggenhed er både perfekt og ikke. Hotellet ligger 50 meter fra gade med meget liv og 100 meter fra stranden eneste minus er togbanen som ligger meget tæt på. Vi kommer igen

Отличный отель в хорошем районе Римини

Отличный небольшой отель, работают очень приятные люди, хороший жилой район, до пляжа - 3 минуты пешком (есть договоренность с одним из пляжей). Рядом все нужное в небольших магазинчиках, остановка автобуса, неплохие кафе. У нас в номере (401, последний этаж) был огромный балкон метров 30 с видом на горы и город, там с удовольствием играли дети. Единственный минус - метрах в 30 проходит железная дорога, которая довольно сильно шумит, особенно ночью чувствуется. Так что у кого чувствительный сон - может быть проблемой. В целом все отлично, с удовольствием сюда вернемся!
