Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is well maintained and very comfortable. Walked next door for dinner and made a quick trip to a local grocery store. During both of those activities, we were very impressed by how friendly and helpful the local people were.

Very clean and modern facility. Front desk staff very friendly both at checkin and check out. My husband and I are seniors and had to call the front desk to help us with the blackout curtain which was a switch. Amazing technology..

Mixed bag

Room was not very clean. The shower shampoo, conditioner and soap were all empty, which you only find out once you are wet. An excellent breakfast, lots of selection, quality food and roomy location.

Tiled floor was dirty in room. No frills hotel. Clock didn’t work. No replacements. No coffee pot or microwave in room. Tiny refrigerator. $25 deposit put on room that wasn’t told at check in. Says will come off from cc in 35 business days!!!!

Great Breakfast with outstanding coffee Loved the bed. Do not like required scanning a QR code then using my phone as a remote. Loved the Dove products in the shower and enjoyed the hot water but the water pressure was not very good. This was my second stay at this property.

DISAPPOINTED

We stopped by for a night hoping it will be good value for money, was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room we have, dusty and there’s only 1 chair available to sit on, i have to move the low bench chair and found all the dirt under it. It looks clean from the first look, but obviously they didn’t thoroughly clean it knowing it’s where they put guests with pets, deep clean it because we pay extra $50 for our pet. even the shower had some brown stains in the floor. for the money we pay, the least you can give us is a decent clean room. Breakfast is not appetizing as they only have microwaved eggs and sandwiches, very unhealthy options for almost $200 hotel overall we are dissatisfied with our experience

Just OK.

Convenient. Attractive lobby. Room was spacious and sparse. Floor had lots of scuff marks. May have been clean. Maybe not. No coffee maker in room only in lobby. Coffee maker was Costa but coffee did not tase like. Posts. Very weak. Also ice machine only in lobby and no insulated ice buckets. Just a small plastic box. Overall nice looking but not sure it was worth the price.

,Great hotel staff, comfy beds, hard and soft pillows, large rooms, great free breakfast, fresh coffee. So accommodating. A few negatives- literally right next to the highway so our room was fairly loud and the bathroom floor in our room was filthy...there was hair everywhere...different colors and different lengths, so clearly hadn't been cleaned in awhile. I ended up wet mopping it myself with a hand towel.
