With a private garden, optional hot tub, exclusive-use games room and gym, and thoughtful touches throughout, it’s a place for couples to reconnect and for families to unwind.

The setting is private, yet help is always nearby — your host, Cindy, lives quietly on-site in the separate main house and is available if needed, whether for a local tip, special request, or just a warm welcome when you arrive.

The cottage is thoughtfully arranged to welcome guests of all ages. The living room features two leather sofas, a large smart TV, games, books, and views of the garden. The kitchen is compact yet fully equipped with an air fryer, steamer, microwave, fridge, hob, and essentials for simple meals.

The downstairs bathroom has a spacious shower, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries. Upstairs, the two bedrooms offer flexibility for couples or families, with character-themed bedding, travel cot, stair gate, and soft toys for little ones.

Enjoy exclusive use of the large garden with seating, lawn games, and a BBQ area. Children can explore the tree swing, slide, and playhouse, while adults unwind in the peaceful surroundings or enjoy evening drinks under the stars.

- No loud parties – quiet celebrations are welcome
- Pets welcome – £25 per pet, per stay
- Children must be supervised in garden, hot tub, and pool
- Games room and hot tub use is at guest’s own risk

Booking Policy
- Hot tub must be pre-booked – cash payment on arrival
- Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file.
- If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled.
- Early payment is allowed (card fees up to 3% are non-refundable if cancelled).

Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before arrival.
- 50% refund if cancelled 14–30 days before arrival.
- No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
Please be respectful of the quiet and peaceful area and keep noise down.

Shoes are allowed but please wipe feet thoroughly.

We are happy to host small private weddings which we intend to specialise in and birthdays, anniversaries, and other special occasions that are celebrated in a quiet manner but the property is not suitable for loud parties.

Please leave the property generally clean and tidy as you find it, although we will obviously have the property professionally cleaned up don your departure ready for the next guests.
