Leia antes de fazer a reserva. Infelizmente, foi péssimo. Esperávamos outra coisa pelas fotos e pelo preço. Pagamos quase 300 reais a diária pra ficar num quarto minúsculo, com um cheiro terrível saindo do encanamento do banheiro, parede mofada. Pedi cobertor e eles entregaram cobertores embolados, usados, sujos e fedorentos. O café dá manhã com muita variedade, mas muito ruim, os bolos estavam sem gosto e duros, os salgados e tortas sem condições de comer, larguei tudo e comi pão de sal com manteiga e bolo de cenoura que eram as únicas coisas que estavam boas. Que experiência horrível. Atrasaram em 1 hora o check in. Não indico! Fiquei em hotéis mais baratos em que fui melhor atendida. Mexeram no nosso veículo dentro do estacionamento. Água da piscina suja e pela metade. O almoço até que foi bom, a comida estava gostosa. Mas acordar à noite pra espirrar perfume no quarto pq o cheiro do banheiro estava insuportável foi o cúmulo.

Resumo de estadia

Ocupei quarto Vip 02, amplo ambiente, climatizado, tv, sinal de wifi, lençóis limpos, ambiente limpo. Minha estadia foi por 3 dias e não houve troca de lençóis ou toalhas, toalhas de baixa qualidade. Ambiente pouco decorado o que não passa aconchego. Café da manhã com bastante opções, porém os assadinhos não estavam bons (massa pesada/pouco recheio/ e mal assados) pareciam congelados. Para as refeições fica um pouco constrangedor, pois foi preciso adquirir um cartão no qual devemos colocar crédito (pré-pago), porém se o valor inserido for pago com cartão de crédito, não a devolução do valor que não for consumido, segundo eles ficando disponível para usar em uma próxima visita ao local. Estacionamento no local, porém não vi nenhum acesso para cadeirante. Mas tirando essas observações, vale muito a pena ir com a familia.

Foi excelente! A única sugestão é a limpeza do quarto que deixou a desejar, mas isso não iria me impedir de voltar. Tudo estava perfeito, desde a recepção, ao café da manhã, a propriedade… recomendo sem sombras de dúvidas.

O lugar está em fase de expansão, tem quartos em obra e a peita de cimento para mim, foi incômodo. A questão do hotel ofertar um cartão de consumação pré pago, para utilizar nos serviços do hotel, é até bacana, porém não devolvem o saldo que fica no cartão. Somente se o pagamento for feito em dinheiro. Se fizer a recarga no débito e não utilizar todo o saldo. Fica retido. A limpeza do banheiro tbm m deixou a desejar.
