This hotel is excellent. The stuff is amazing, friendly and very helpful. The hotel is very safe.I would rate it 100 out of 10 if I could. It is close to everything and just one step away from the beach. I am glad we chose Arena Leme Hotel for our first visit in Rio!

Lovely location in Leme. You can walk on the boardwalk and beach taking in the beautiful view. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The rooftop pool did not look clean and no one was using it. Delicious breakfast buffet.

I enjoyed my stay. It’s a beautiful hotel near everything great location quite, lots of restaurants around the area, beautiful beach right across the street small shops owned by the locals, one can find everything they need around the hotel. Great hospitality. Every single staffs that I encountered were super friendly welcoming professional people. Note: the hotel does have European outlets so if you are coming from the USA bring your European adapter for the outlet, but if you forget do not worry you can purchase 1 for just a couple of dollars from one of the locals shops nearby…also the hotel does not have iron in the room but they do have ironing service for a fee if you need. But I Highly recommend this hotel. My experience was 5 stars (10/10) If ever I decide to visit Rio again I will definitely stay at Arena Leme Hotel.

This hotel was nothing like the photos provided on Expedia. The room was small, had virtually no view other than of a roof and was noisy being low down on the first floor. The hotel does not appear to have any soundproofing and we could clearly hear people talking in the loft lobby outside our room at 6:30am. There was no hanging space for anything longer than a short top and nowhere for two people to sit other than on the bed. There was also a strange smell from the pillows. The supposedly smart tv would only communicate in Portuguese and the only channel we could watch was CNN. After arriving late evening we went to the bar on the top floor by the pool. We were not offered any menu but ordered a beer and a glass of wine. When we got the bill we had been charged 89 reais for a very ordinary glass of Chardonnay - by far the most expensive drink of our holiday. A good glass of wine at 5 star hotels we have stayed at in was 60 reais and we paid 24 reais a glass at lunch today for a very nice rose so how this downmarket hotel in Rio can charge that amount is beyond me. We actually felt quite uncomfortable in the bar due to other extremely noisy guests and, when we came to leave, we found that the door had been locked and we had to travel down in the service elevator. This was the last straw and although we had paid in advance for 4 nights we checked out after one and went to a proper hotel.

I reported a leak in my the bathroom had no one responded until sixteen hours later. I was told because I had a do not disturb sign up, that's why they didn't come into my room. But then they called me and asked me did I want to change room after 16 hours?But I checked out the next day. Sorry I don't recommend this property.

Okay to start. It is on the beautiful beach of Leme in Leme RJ Brazil. It’s pretty much the same stretch as Copacabana; not that hectic but just as beautiful. Plenty of amenities near by. As for the hotel/room itself; as soon as you walk in the door you are greeted with a wonderful smell and friendly staff. That smell alone made me feel like I chose the right place. We got to the hotel a little after 9am and check in was for 2pm. While they offered to store our luggage so we can explore, they told us to give them 40 minutes and we’d have the room early and so we did! Such a seamless check in! The guest bathroom itself had the same wonderful smell so if you needed to go and be discreet about handling business in the bathroom, it was yours to do so. The male urinal had ice in it too to mask the smell which was a wise move. The concierge desk also had options for excursions and suggestions nearby and through out the city! To our room; we had the triple room seas view. It was nestled in the corner of the ninth floor right when you walk off the elevator. It was very very clean as expected from just the way the downstairs was clean. This place takes A LOT of pride in their business and it shows… Not if, but WHEN we come back, we’ll stay here again!!!! Thank you!

Pretty good, the rooftop only has 4 chairs to relax which is sad because there’s so much space and the beach is very noisy. It’s not luxury but it’s clean and fine. Staff is nice and breakfast is decent
