This is an aging property, but the location is excellent and the staff is very friendly and attentive. Brazilian style breakfast is very good. The lack of a restaurant is offset by three restaurants right next door and a supermarket half a block away. Value is extraordinarily good.

Acreditei na avaliação da Hoteis.com, e me decepcionei. Provavelmente alguém daria nota 8/10 ou 9/10 para esse hotel. A minha avaliação generosa é nota 6/10 e não mais que isso. À primeira vista o hotel parece reformado e confortável, mas não é bem isso. O colchão é ruim, a roupa de cama é velha e manchada, as toalhas são desgastadas e encardidas. Após a primeira noite, eu deixei a roupa de cama no chão (conforme orientação), indicando que fosse trocada, mas quando voltei à noite a camareira havia forrado ela de volta na cama. O apartamento é pequeno. A internet é sofrível. A tv tem poucos canais. Não tem secador de cabelo nem ferro de passar roupa. O sabonete líquido e o shampoo parecem detergente de lavar louça. O café-da-manhã é muito simples. Em resumo, a diária é muito cara para o que o hotel oferece. Serviu para atender minha necessidade de última hora, mas não volto lá.
