Alguns chuveiros do hotel precisam de manutenção ou precisam ser trocados por outros mais modernos. Observa-se que alguns equipamentos já estão sendo trocados por outros mais novos, porém essa troca acontece de maneira muito vagarosa.

Reservamos um quarto com cama de casal, chegamos e fomos colocados em um quarto com duas camas de solteiro juntadas (quarto 704) um fedor de esgoto que vinha do banheiro insuportável (o bidê) parecia estar solto. O banheiro tinha vazamento em um dos registros, o chuveiro demora a esquentar. A roupa de cama parecia não estar lavada, com cheiro de mofo, e os travesseiros esfarelando. O atendente Augusto não estava em um bom dia, ríspido no atendimento. As únicas coisas boas foram a localização e o estacionamento, fora isso nada de bom.
