The room was in good condition until the ac stopped work. The staff provided another room until the ac got fixed but when we returned to the original room, at night we had the same issue. The bathroom’s door is also making a lot noise. Also the Wi-Fi provided for them stoped work several times for long periods. Food was ok.

We booked this hotel for a quick layover. The walk to the hotel is very sketchy and you feel unsafe. They are hundreds of homeless people outside. There are not towels in the rooms and after walking back down to the reception the staff was very annoyed by us asking for a towel ?! The room is not very clean or nice.

We asked for a high up room...got 3rd floor. Only one towel for 2 guests, so we had to ring reception but we had to go down to sort it out after just arriving. They shut down the entry card, so we were locked out of our room, again we had to go to reception to sort it out! Bathroom ran out of gel in the shower, so not checked or refilled. I normally scrimp on hotels, (We got a room in Sao Paulo, breakfast and room service for 4 nights for half of what we paid for Ibis 2 nights!!) This time paid for a rubbish service at the Ibis...not again ever.
