Great stay for a week.

The check in and subsequent support from the reception was really excellent. All of them spoke good English too. Only thing was that our room cards stopped working every day. Great room and view and balcony. Very nice breakfast as well. All there also very nice and friendly.

During the check in we have heard the people working at the check in counter complaining and laughing about other guests in front of us, no problem with that if they had done it privately and not in front of us. The hotel is ok, room is not big but good for a couple. Breakfast also good, parking included also a plus.

It was very last minute booking the apartment itself was nice, clean the decor abit dated in places lovely big sofa and adequate size kitchen. My concern was that I was not able to get the tv channels and cable tv system to work.

Promenade is a pretty hotel located in a newer office area. While there are many empty stores around the hotel and the streets within the complex are empty, it seems to be a safe area. The staff was courteous and helpful and there was an attentious life guard in the pool, making it a great option for my kids. The only two things I would make a suggestion for improvement, would be: 1. the trash can in the bathroom: a rotating lid is not the most sanitary option to deposit used toilet paper 2. Maybe putting coffe in the room for guests to use in the nice coffee pot they already have in there! Thanks for a great stay!

Apartamento gigante com microondas, geladeira e louças. Equipe impecável e super solicitos, nos deram dicas de onde ir na barra. O hotel é perfeito pra quem vai com objetivo de ir ao qualistage. Aconselho pegar um quarto mais no fundo e longe da avenida, o barulho dos carros pode incomodar quem tem dificuldade pra dormir, já que o hotel não possui isolamento acústico. Na minha primeira noite fiquei num quarto para avenida e quase nao consegui dormir, no outro dia pedi pra mudar de quarto e a minha estadia foi perfeita. Por fim, o cafe da manhã é honesto e relativamente farto. Eu realmente gostei muito da estadia.
