It needs serious updates

The apartment needs serious updates if not a complete renovation. The microwave plug doesn’t reach the outlet. The kitchen cookware is rusty and bent. We found a dead roach in a tea cup. Black mold in the shower. The drawers in the bedroom were broken. A light bulb was missing and another one was burnt out. They left one toilet paper roll for a two week stay. They didn’t leave a single bar of soap. The towels were stained and they need to be replaced immediately. The mattress was in poor condition. They didn’t provide the proper sheets for the bed. To say something good, the shower pressure was nice, the apartment is close to the beach and tons of options for eating.

The apartment is comfortable and convenient. Several things were broken or not working well, like a lamp, doorknob, and air conditioner. What we don't like is we have asked for a refund for having to leave early due to COVID-19, and have not received a response.

O Edi quem nos recepcionou simplismente maravilhos,educado, prestativo, e agradável. A localização perfeita, ao lado da praia mercados proximos ,tudo que precisavamos achamos com facilidade .Tivemos problemas no ar condicionado e no chuveiro ele veio no mesmo dia para resolver .sobre o wi_fi ele ate exite mais nao funciona chega o sinal fraco e caia toda hora,tivemos que gastar quase 100 reais em recargas nos celulares para poder mexer na Internet em geral tudo muito bom

Uma graças a.suite, algumas coisas simples deveriam ser realizadas, como a limpeza do ar condicionado a cada troca de hóspedes eu mesmo tive que fazer está limpeza que estava imundo, poderia melhorar as condições dos utensílios domésticos como copos pratos, talheres que estão tudo sucateado, a pia estava entupida toda vez ao utilizar eu precisava usar o desentupidor.
