Horrivel o que passei neste hotel.

Foi razoavel. Hotel com atendente especificos muito mal humorados. A nao localozacao da minha reserva gerou um desgastes onde mostrei que havia reservado um quarto com dias camas de solteiro e o hotel so tinha quartos com cama de casal disponivel naquele momento. Falei pra ele dar um jeito pois estava com mais um amigo e precisavamos de um quarto com camas de solteiro. E o mesmo teve a capacidade de falar que iria fazer um favor pra nos e ver se arrumava um quarto com duas camas. Atendente super despreparado e nao tava fazendo favor nunhum pois o hotel ja tinha a reserva e sabia que seriam duas camas de solteiro. E com tudo isso fiquei por quase duas horas na recepcao aguardando a boa vontade de arrumarem um.quarto. pra mim pessimo o treinamento desse atendente.
