Modern clean hotel

The reception staff was very friendly and helped us unload our car upon arrival. When we got to the room, we found it to be suitably spacious and were quite pleased to find a quiet air-conditioning system in place (these appear to be uncommon in Argentina). The room was very clean and quiet. We visited the casino both nights we stayed, and it was enjoyable if you are into that sort of thing. There was security in place around the casino, so we felt safe. We ate at the hotel restaurant one of the nights, and the food was pretty good. The town of Rio Grande does not offer a whole lot, but we only came here so my husband could go fishing. However, overall the hotel was very nice and modern.

The rooms were beautiful and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you. We didn’t know that with our room we couldn’t use the pool facilities. That was the only down fall. Otherwise it was great. Excellent location, nice area.

Stop over in Rio Grande

The rooms are very nice and clean and the staff is very thorough. The area isn't the nicest but our vehicle was safe and we never had a single problem. The food at the restaurant is not very good and the prices aren't cheap but that's not the hotels fault. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel is a little faded and has fantastically steep steps at the entry. Everything is OK, though. The staff try to be helpful, but even with strong Spanish, communication was sometimes a challenge. Breakfast like almost every place I've stayed in Chile is basic.

Te tratan de cobrar de mas todo el tiempo

Reservé una habitación doble a traves de la aplicación para mi y mi marido, fuimos con mi hijo que tiene 2 años que duerme en la misma cama que nosotros, al llegar al hotel me dicen que el niño no puede quedarse con nosotros en lq habitación porque es maxkmo para 2 personas, y que los niños hasta el año no se cuentan.. me dijeron que teniamos que cambiar a una habitacion triple ( que costaba 3 veces la habitacion doble) o tomar dos habitaciones dobles.. me parece que tienen cero criterio con los niños, si son pequeños y no estab usando cama adicional es absurdo que te hagan pagar otra habitación.. finalmente nosotros co tratamos 2 habitaciones simples y mi marido tuvo que dormir en otra pieza. Ademas la atención en el comedor muy mala. Definitivamente la proxima vez que vaya a Rio Grande no volveremos a ese hotel!!

Me gustó la atención de la recepcionista,el servicio de desayuno y la ubicación. Las instalaciones son buenas pero, en el caso de nuestra reserva no contamos con la posibilidad de uso de la piscina,ni siquiera pagando, sólo podíamos hacer si tomábamos una habitación superior valor 131 u$s, más del doble de lo pactado.

Estática en todo lo que tocaba

El hotel necesita con urgencia una revisión para quitarle la estática a todas las cosas. Vista hacia la nada misma. Sensación de encierro constante. No funcionaban artefactos del baño. Difícil acceso a la habitación tomando dos ascensores diferentes. Pésimo servicio de televisión por cable.
