Ideal place for family time

This is the one if you are looking for a great place for family connection. The house is located above and away from other homes with a lot of privacy and still sea views. A short walk leads you down to a beautiful sea cove with clear waters or the most beautiful salt pool you can imagine. The accommodations stayed very cool with excellent AC and the large outdoor space was great for our kids to spread out and have room to play. We loved our host and made many core memories for our children and family.

Sehr schöner Ort, wenn auch bereits etwas ins Alter geraten. Auf den Fotos ist nicht erkennbar, dass es sich um eine Parterrewohnung in einem Mehrfamilienhaus handelt, was kein Problem war...wenigstens nicht in der Nebensaison wenn man praktisch alleine ist.Töpfe, Bratpfannen, Schneidebretter sind verbraucht und sollten dringend ersetzt werden.Ansonsten hat es uns gut gefallen, besonders natürlich die Bademöglichkeiten, schade waren Bar/Restaurant bereits geschlossen.

Urlaubsidylle auf der wunderschönen Insel Elba

Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles was man benötigt und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Durch die ruhige Lage, dem traumhaften Blick auf das Meer konnten wir super entspannen und den Alltag hinter uns lassen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr bemüht um uns gewesen und war stets ansprechbar. Ein absolut empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung mit Kind und wer die Unabhängigkeit und Ruhe liebt, der ist hier genau richtig.

Schönes Appartement, sehr gut ausgestattet.

Appartement etwas kleiner als es in der Auschreibung wirkt. Weitläufige Anlage, meist Privathäuser. Pools und Strand ca. 15 min. Fußweg entfernt oder man fährt Auto... Liegestühle/Sonenschirme an den Pools kostenpflichtig. Freundliches Personal. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Nur eine Garnitur Handtücher pro Person etwas wenig für 2 Wochen (wir haben uns mit der vorhandenen Wasschmaschine beholfen, die wir nach Rücksprache benutzen durften). Bzw. genügend Wäsche, Handtücher etc. einpacken.... Umgebung lädt ein zu Wanderungen, baden, Besichtigungen....

Einmalige Aussicht von der Terrasse

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig und etwas oberhalb der Küste, mit toller Aussicht. Die Wohnung ist für eine 4köpfige Familie perfekt. Der Meerwasserpool in Capo d’Arco kann mit genutzt werden und stellt auch ein Highlight dieser Wohnung dar.

Schöne Ferien in Elba

Zweckmässig eingerichtete Wohnung, haben alles gefunden, was wir benötigt haben. Ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, vorhandene Mängel wurden anstandslos nach Möglichkeit sofort behoben. Umgebung und Anlage traumhaft. Spaziergang zum Meer in 10-15 Minuten über Single Trails und Treppen absolut gut machbar. Weil es eine private Anlage ist, hatten wir während der Hochsaison wunderbar einen Platz. Gastgeber sehr zuvorkommend, gerne kommen wir wieder…

Ein sehr schöner Urlauib

Wir hatten zwei wirklich sehr schöne Wochen in Capo D‘Arco. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war immer sehr nett und wenn mal etwas war, wurde uns sofort geholfen. Uns hat innerhalb der Anlage der schöne Felsenstrand wie auch der zugehörige Salzwasserpool gut gefallen. Dies war zwar das erste mal, dass wir auf Elba waren aber bestimmt nicht das letzte mal… und auch gerne wieder in diesem netten Häuschen.

Ferienwohnung mit Meerblick

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön! Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und bietet einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer! Wir wurden sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen. Der Austausch mit Frau Schallig war sehr angenehm und problemlos! Den Strand und die Pools kann man gut zu Fuß oder per Auto und kurzem Fußweg erreichen. Man ist schnell im Ort Porto Azzurro. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt,danke!

Ruhige Lage mit Meerblick

Die Wohnung liegt an einem mit Bäumen und Macchia bedeckten Hang oberhalb einer Bucht. Herrlicher Ausblick aufs Meer, das zu Fuß in etwa 15 min über einen steilen Pfad erreichbar ist. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Wir haben die zwei Wochen sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderbare Lage und sehr nette Vermieter

Diese Wohnung besticht durch ihren wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer und die ruhige Lage hoch über einem Felsstrand mit zusätzlichem Meerwasser-Pool (Fußweg steil, aber nur 10-15 Minuten, oder man fährt mit dem Auto ein Stück zum privaten Parkplatz). Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, hatten alles was wir brauchen und haben die zwei Wochen in dieser schönen Umgebung sehr genossen. Unsere Lieblingsorte Porto Azzurro und Capoliveri sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Danke für die schöne Zeit!
