The most important thing to know is that you are not booking a hotel room. This is some kind of apartment within what seems to be a hotel. The main issue is that the hotel staff have virtually no power to help you with anything. Instead, they direct you to talk to the owner of the apartment. I wish this was more clearly stated up front because I would have booked something else; there's a reason I no longer do Airbnb, which more closely resembles what this actually is.
I arrived at 4 pm, one hour after check-in time and the apartment was still not ready. Because of the above, nobody could help me except a faceless person via Whatsapp. I was finally able to go in between 4:25 pm and 4:30 pm.
There is no A/C in the unit either, but there is a fan. It wasn't terribly needed, but would have been nice to have.
There is a massive walk-in closet which needs to have one of its walls moved in order to enter the master bathroom. It was a bit odd considering this is more of an airport place rather than a longer stay hotel. It seemed clunky and unnecessary.
All this being said, the place was clean and we had everything we needed for the one night we stayed. I might do it again if I cannot find a proper hotel close by, but I'm avoiding Airbnb-type facilities lately.
