The cottage is equipped with fans for your comfort during periods of high temperatures. In the heart of the Roannais region, Catherine and Jean-Yves welcome you to their beautiful contemporary villa, designed in the Italian style of the 1960s. On the ground floor of their home, they have furnished and completely renovated this very comfortable and stylish holiday home. The spacious cottage features a bright living area overlooking a beautifully landscaped 200m² private courtyard. Secure, gated parking is available. To make your stay even more enjoyable: utilities and heating are included, beds are made upon arrival, and towels are provided.
