Good for the price

Clean and comfortable bed. Rooms with balcony facing the bay are good. A bit small and kitchen is not comfortable to use but ok for couple of nights. Private beach with sun beds is good :) I wish people smile a bit more ;)

The water view from this property was incredible. The apartment was very dated and didnā€™t have many amenities. The shower door was broken but we only stayed for a night and left early the next day so didnā€™t bother us much. A coffee maker of some sorts would have been appreciated.

We were very late, the owners were pleased to wait for us It is a new build, everyting is in tip top shape. Comfortable bed, cold fridge, cold a/c, beautyful views quite, serene, close to all the important sites in the bay of Kotor (Budva, Tivat, Kotor) Private beach!!

The property was very old and not as described. The beds were very uncomfortable; one of the twin beds couldnt even be called a bed (the "mattress" was mainly 1 inch thick). The furniture and appliances are probably from the 80s. The property had a bad smell and the stay was overall not satisfying at all. The only good thing about the property was the view.

İşletme sahibi gayet sıcak kanlı, yaşadığı yer olduğundan dolayı herkesi ailesi gibi gƶrĆ¼yor. Otelin ƶnĆ¼nde denize girilecek ƶzel bir alanı var sadece otel ile deniz arasından gidiş geliş yol geƧiyor, aracınızı hem oraya hemde otel ƶnĆ¼ne park edebilirsiniz. Manzarası harika.

Uitstekende , schone accommodatie. Vriendelijke, behulpzame eigenaar. Hij gaf veel tips mbt omgeving. Prachtig uitzicht over het water, privƩ strand . Wij komen zeker terug. Enige minpunt: Voor mensen die minder mobiel zijn is hoogst gelegen accomodatie wat moeilijker bereikbaar . Eigenaar bracht onze koffers naar boven.

SĆ©jour de 5 jours convenable, (ap n1 premier Ć©tage). La literie mĆ©riterait d'ĆŖtre plus confortable et la cuisine un peu mieux Ć©quipĆ©e avec des basics comme sel, huile, cafĆ© etc. L'ambiance gĆ©nĆ©rale est vieillotte, (mobiliĆ©, Ć©clairage, dĆ©co) La vue est trĆ©s appreciable, comme sur la photo. Malheureusement un peu perturbĆ©e par le bruit la route mais difficile de faire autrement sur ce bord de mer. Une sĆ©paration visuelle avec la terrasse adjacente serait un plus ainsi qu'un coup de pinceau sur le garde corps autour de cette terrasse. AccĆ©s Ć  l'eau facile. Notre hĆ“te Ć©tait trĆ©s sympatique.

Perfect location for a quiet stay outside Kotor

Very welcoming host. Very big and nice apartment with a huge balcony with view on the bay. Private parking with plenty of spots. Pay attention when going up to the parking with low cars as it is very steep. The property has their own beach/ponton just 1 minute walk away. The host sometimes offers to cook, we had bbqā€™ed fish, a huge plate for 2 people. It was very good and price very fair. Location is a little far out of Kotor, approximately 30 minutes to go to Kotor old town. Internet was quite good.
