Pros: 1-The room matched exactly what was shown in the images, which was impressive. 2-The room was clean and well-maintained. 3-The staff were polite, helpful, and cooperative. Cons: 1- Wi-Fi connectivity on the top floor is very poor, with low speed and frequent issues. 2- Although my booking included complimentary breakfast, the quantity were inconsistent. On some days, I received only one paratha with pickle, while on others I got two parathas with pickle and curd as per the menu. Similarly, the portion size of dishes like paneer chilly varied (6 pieces one day, 8 another). This inconsistency should be addressed seriously. 3- The property was advertised as having a 24-hour gym on Expedia, but no such facility exists. Amenities listed online should accurately reflect what is actually available.
