Poca comunicación con los propietarios

Hicimos una queja por whatsapp a los propietarios que no fue contestada. Desde Vrbo se nos informó que la hora de salida eran las 18h y la propiedad nos comunicó que teníamos que estar fuera del alojamiento a las 10.30h y no nos dieron opción ni de hablar del malentendido que había. Por lo tanto nuestra valoración es muy mala.

Entorn immillorable!

La Cabana i la resta d'allotjaments es troba en mig d' un paradís verd, muntanyes, flors, herba un riu al costat que val la pena fer-hi una volteta...en fi un entorn preciós, tranquil amb aire fresc i renovador. La Cabana està molt bé, té tot el necessari, el llit molt còmode, la cuina te estris suficients per poder cuinar, te forn, micro vaixella... Tot ha estat perfecte! Molt recomanable! Moltíssimes gràcies!

Mala experiencia

La cabaña está mal acondicionada por el sitio donde se encuentra. Entra mucho aire del exterior por la puerta de entrada que da al dormitorio, lo que en invierno hace mucho frío, ni tan siquiera poniendo la calefacción a 30º. El baño es un frigorifico ya que las ventanas no cierran correctamente. Las medidas Covid brillan por su ausencia y la limpieza no es su mejor punto. Fue una mala experiencia y nos fuimos antes de tiempo, No nos había pasado nunca esto antes.

Muy bueno todo

Cosas positivas: detalles para quienes tienen bebés (enchufes protegidos, sillita para comer, bañera, cuna, etc). Lugar super bonito con paseos fáciles al rededor. Tiene lavavajillas. Todo muy limpio. Negativo: el suelo del piso de arriba de la casa cruje muchísimo y puede despertar a quien duerma abajo.
