Our stay at MyLago was fantastic—primarily because of the location and the staff. Lots of shopping and dining within walking distance and the lakefront/beach (spiaggia dei Pini) is literally two minutes walk from the front door. It is a very nice grassy/rocky beach with beautiful views and lots of benches which is nice for folks who cannot get up and down easily to lay out in the sun. The breakfast was abundant and delicious—really something special. The staff greeted us with smiles and were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Parking was onsite right in front of the hotel. Only negative was the air conditioner which struggled to cool the room and needed the help of a ceiling fan to keep the temperature comfortable. Ceiling fan wobbled and was noisy. Room could use updating as well. The manager told us that they have scheduled renovations for November 2024 so I am sure those things will be addressed. But those small negatives certainly don’t outweigh the perfection of the location, the friendliness of the stellar staff, and the value of the outstanding breakfast. Highly recommend!

5 minutes walking to the beach Very friendly and efficient reception Breakfast - typical. The entry to the garage is steep and narrow. Be careful entering and exiting - or maybe try to avoid it at all (the hotel also has a few above the ground spots).

Faulty Towers

On arrival there was a note on the hotel door saying we had to travel to another hotel to collect the keys. We arrived by taxi and it had left. It was raining heavily and we couldn’t get inside. On phoning the hotel we were supposed to go to they informed us they didn’t have our key and didn’t know where it was 45 minutes later I received a call and had to walk 5 minutes in the pouring rain to another hotel to collect my keys. There were times the elevators didn’t work, the electricity went off a few times.

Nice hotel in a great location.

Very nice hotel right in the middle of Riva Garda a block from the lake. Very clean... beds a little hard... amazing breakfast. The underground parking can be a challenge. Would recommend this hotel.

Best staff ever!

The hotel was in a good position. Being on the main road didnt matter, the noise wasnt a problem at all. The staff very SO GOOD! We wanted to do a tour and they went above and beyond to help out with any information they could find. I have not come across such helpful staff before and l travel quite alot. I would definetly recommend this hotel and anyone that asked. However, the restaurant across the road was terrible, do not go thee to eat if you want fresh food!
