Not a hotel. Just an average motel. The bathroom was nicely remodeled. Shower only. The only lighting in the room was floodlights in the ceiling. Window did not close properly, worn furniture, no microwave.

I've stayed here several years now. I visit once a year for an event. Convenient, walking distance to great restaurants. I never have time for the breakfast. Nice clean rooms, nice staff. Never had a problem staying here. You will come across homelessness and traffic noise. But I feel the area is safe, many people out having a good time in the area.

Overall, I had a pretty good experience at Raincross Hotel. I had very low expectations for raincross hotel unfortunately given the reviews. The check in service definitely met those low expectations. Check out was great though. Hiral was absolutely amazing and hospitable in the checkout proccess and also during the continental breakfast one morning. I thought the hotel was going to be bad as well, but it checked of my boxes, it was relatively clean, quiet, and provided me a place to sleep! For that it gets 4 stars (5 stars for Hiral)
