First, I had to ring the bell three times to get inside (even though the desk clerk looked over at me after the first ring). There is just no excuse for that. Second, the parking cost $18 even though the hotel is not downtown or in a crowded area whatsoever. It is just a money grab to charge for parking in an area like this. Third, I reserved a king-sized bed and yet got two double beds. Just a bad experience overall.
