The room was spacious and clean. The person who checked me in was very gracious and kind. It looked like our room was still occupied so he took the time to physically go check. The breakfast area was well stocked and very clean. We will definitely stay here again when we go to Glen Ivy Hot Springs

Staff at check in was amazing, friendly and helpful. Room was so comfortable, hotel was quiet. Got a great night sleep. Love the one room Keurig, breakfast buffet had plenty of options. Overall it was a great stay.

The hotel was nice, service was great & the breakfast was good but unfortunately the bed had bugs. Woke up with bug bites all over my arms the next morning so was very disappointed since I had stayed due to not feeling week & needed a goods nights rest.
