It was a good place to stay when management was there. It was perfect for the minute. The weekend came. It was a totally different hotel.

I had 2 reservations for consecutive days. I asked if we could do the papaerwork for both reservations so I had a smooth stay from obe day to the next. They said no. I had to come back down before 11am the next day to complete a 2nd reservation. When I vame down the following morning I was informed there was a $45 early check in fee to keep the same room. I said i was already staying therebwhyvwould there be an additional fee. She said i co I ld talk to. Mnger laterbin the am. I came back later and they allowed me to check in without a charge but the same paperwork I had filled out the day before had to be filled out again. I told them they didnt have to clean my room and they informed me they were extended stay and didn't come in until after 14 days. Absolutely no customer service. Iwasnt even given directions to my room at my original check in. Limited amenities and extended stay shouldn't limit good service. At least act like you care that there is someone staying at their place of business.

Stayed there for about a week upper management very nice but the minute management was off on the weekend. Holy different place customer service bad staff rude got extremely loud on the weekends.

Not for late check-ins

Their website states that the office is open 24/7, so I assumed I could arrive late. We booked a room for March 7th but purchased it after midnight, which was technically March 8th. We drove from Arizona and were extremely tired, needing a place to sleep from 3 AM to 8 AM before heading to work at 9 AM. I thought this hotel would be accommodating since they allowed us to book a room after midnight, and their website didn’t specify check-in hours, just when bookings started. Unfortunately, they would not honor our booking and made us purchase a new room, plus a $45 fee. They also marked me as a no-show on Hotels.com, which meant they took my money and declined to issue a refund. Thankfully, Hotels.com resolved the issue, but I was so upset that I hardly got any sleep, and the uncomfortable bed only made things worse. The lady at the front desk was not helpful or understanding. If I hadn't urgently needed a place to stay, I would have gone elsewhere.

Get what you pay for. Although Nice staff. They asked if I preferred a certain floor. I just asked that we not be around barking dogs since that’s what I had read in reviews. We were given the 4th floor. Once entering the elevator immediately smelled dogs. Once we got to the 4th floor all you can smell is cooked oil lingering in the hall. The room was just ok, very thin walls. Still had ketchup left over on the desk that didn’t get clean correctly.. the bed was awful made lots of noise in every movement, and the frame slide. I woke up and I had dog hair all over my pajamas. Definitely not a place to stay just for a night seems more like a week to week kind of thing.

I mean I was hopeful for the amount of money we were paying for this hotel to be the one and it was until the district manager Cynthia started sleeping with my boyfriend. Bad experience

The district manager for multiple hotels Cynthia might sleep with your boyfriend too so I wouldn’t suggest going to any hotel in the area!
