Dated facility, needs facelift. We had the room right by the hallway where all the maids took their cards and pushed him outside and it was horribly loud. Gotta find another route for him please no free breakfast no offers for any discounts or anything for the prices you’re charging that’s absurd no heat in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable.

Nice staff and good food options in the area. Some updates would be appreciated: conditioner and fridge that was making a lot of noise. Also, a little more deep cleaning as the shower drain was not working due to drainage was plugged with hair from previous guests.

It was an incredibly difficult weekend for me, but Trevor and his customer service team were so kind and made everything about staying at a hotel easy and helpful. Hope I'm never stuck in Riverton again, but if I am, I'll come back here.

The number one objection to our stay was the toilet: it was of a size fit for a child. I'm average height, and it was WAY too short. Also, we would have preferred having a tub with shower, but only had a shower. Other than that, it was clean and the staff was great.
