I paid for a room with a clothes washing machine, towels, hair dryer and a shower but what i got was something different . I booked the room for 15 nights and upon arrival i was put into a room with no towels, no washing machine no shower and when we complained was verbally abused and disrespected by the staff and management. The next day they changed our room after making is wait the entire day calling multiple times. When we went into the room we saw a washing machine but no way to use it as it had no water inlet and no power source to plug it in and it was in the bathroom. The shower had a small basin barley big enough to stand in. We were giving only two towels with no hand towels or floor mat or wash cloths. We had to buy a squeegee as the floor was covered in water and soap from the shower. They never offered us housekeeping or even to exchange our linens or towels. We called and asked for an iron and ironing board and the guy came with just an iron and no board so we sent him back. He came back with a broken board. The iron had something burned on it so we couldn’t use it. There was a loud constant 24 hours a day noise from the jack hammering and construction next door. A couple times during the day someone attempted to enter our room. Also the complimentary water bottles in our second room had been previously opened and refilled from somewhere. We paid a lot of money and never did the staff or management apologize or try to make anything better.
