Nice but noisy!

Very clean and comfortable apartment but there is a construction site and even though we were on 17th floor it was very very noisy all day and night, we couldn't sleep both nights because of the noise. Hotel didn't do anything to move us to another room. Breakfast very good, broad selection of different food.

I loved my experience at Fairmont Ramla from the moment I laid eyes on it. Beautiful, well-maintained property that I will stay at time and again. The property and stuff is very good. There is construction going on near the hotel, other than that everything is wonderful.

We had an issue with the overwhelming smell of smoke that came from our neighbors room and although they were not supposed to smoke because it’s a smoke free facility, they did not stop smoking and when we brought that up with management they changed our room and upgraded us. Management dealt with it appropriately but they still should reinforce the NO smoking policy.
