The staff makes the place a 5 star rating. Each staff i encountered are some best professionally trained. They are friendly and helpful. One of the front desk staff even go out of his way to take me to a nearby store to find an item that i needed. Love the breakfast selections.

A 4-storey low-rise hotel with two floors of rooms. Internet was stable and room was clean. Charging ports are not well distributed and not so well positioned, so when I am charging my laptop at the work desk I cannot boil water on the same desk. Staff are generally polite. Breakfast variety is almost the same every day. The pool/roof was under renovations during my stay, which was disappointing considering the price point. There was some construction near my room but the acoustics were good enough for the sound to be light.

Excellent clean and modern hotel in good location and extremely friendly staff. There is a metro station within a couple of minutes walk allowing you to travel all around the city. Thalia Street is also within a short walk. I arrived at 9am for a 3pm check in and they had a room for me within an hour and also gave me a complimentary breakfast for the duration of my stay because I was travelling for pleasure and it was my first time in the country.
