This hotel is located in city center of Rize, walking to all the city facilities and transportation station, clean bed , pillows, toilet and room is spacious, staff are so friendly and cooperative, you will feel home immediately.

Three stars is too much for this hotel,they sent me to three room because of cockroach,their breakfast was really lower than what you think,their staff can't speak english fluently (non of them),and you can't feel safe enough at this hotel,all the night I can't sleep well,thus this hotel is really lower than it's price

Near hotel, not have parking, they must take out in description free parking, near hotel all the time all street occupied. At room, do not have moscit nets, air condition almost not working( filter fully dirty and stuck filter). Only personal is good and breakfast. Not recommend this jotel.

Kamer erg klein, rook naar sigaretten en in zeer slechte staat. De verlichting van de kamer veel herhaaldelijk malen uit. Aan de muren was te zien dat er lekkage geweest. Naast het hotel werd er gebouwd en dat was in de vroege ochtend hoorbaar.

Гостиница уже морально устарела, требует смены декораций. Но персонал -мужчины-очень приветливый, внимательный. За завтраком обслуживали ну очень строгие , без улыбки женщины. Завтрак хороший, горячий суп, строго соблюдался карантин.Ризе- приятное место, хороший променад вдоль моря, разукрашенные пешеходные мосты через магистраль, чистые улицы, симпатичная современная застройка.

Çok iyi

Otelden genel olarak memnun kaldık. 3 gece 3 aile kaldık. Tüm karadenizde kaldığımız otellerden en canayakın çalışanlar bu oteldekiler idi. Tüm çalışanlar her daim güleryüzlü ve işleri kolaylaştırıp, misafirlerini memnun etmeye yönelik davrandığı için bu oteli herkese tavsiye edebilirim. Oda geniş ve banyo güzel. Lobide çay var. Kahvaltı güzel. Yeri çok merkezi, tüm çarşıya yürüme mesafesinde. Otoparkı yok ama hemen yardımcı oluyorlar ve ücretsiz vale hizmeti veriyorlar. Öğlen namaz vaktine geldiği için biraz geç çıkış yaptık, hiç sorun etmeyip, hep yardımsever davrandıkları için teşekkür ederiz. Bir de ilk giriş yaptığımız akşam yoldan geç gelmiştik, odamıza karpuz ikramı yapıldı. O da ayrıca çok hoşumuza gitti. Fiyatı da çok pahalı değildi. Herkese öneririm.
