We almost had to take a room at another hotel! Our original room was taken from us in spite of us calling to tell them we were gonna be late but for sure going to be there for our room!!! Our room was fine, just disconcerting to know when we were fair on our end!

Room location and condition was awful. Our room window was over the corridor bar. So noisy you couldn’t hear the TV. Our room needed some TLC. Baseboards coming off the bathroom floor, couch had a tear in it, etc…

When we arrived, the two ladies at the counter were very pleasant. We began discussing the band and found out they played instruments too. I wish their had of been a vent in the bathroom to help with the condensation on the mirror and delay of being able to do my hair. They're we're only 2 towels and face cloths, so i had to run down and get more towels and wash cloths as well. Other than, overall nice.

When we booked the room, we needed som e special needs for a handicap persons . Although the type room needed was not available, the afternoon/evening staff made a personal call to let me know what was available. We had stayed a few days prior and the same room we booked then was available for the new date and we were able to stay and check in without any issuesat all. Thank you!

This was a very unique building. Our room faced the interior of the building which felt very weird especially since we were on the second floor. But they had a good block out window so it wasn’t too bad. The staff is very casual and seemed like they needed more training. No one seemed to know what to do. They were very friendly and nice though. Otherwise the rooms were nice and clean.

This property inconvenienced my pregnant wife and I to the point where she had to wait in the parking lot for an hour for a room I booked in advance! Just to be told the room I reserved with the necessary accommodations was not available. I had already been charged for this room through Expedia just for them to tell me that expedias “virtual card” that they send to the hotel was not being accepted! Also there was no way for me to receive my money back as fast as they took it!!!!! Now I’ve had to pay for ANOTHER room with money I didn’t have! And I won’t receive my refunded room until 7-10 days!!!!! This has been the worst experience ever!!

Nice size rooms and pet friendly. First room was right off the lobby and noisy. Staff moved me to a second room. Second room had a disconnected tv and smelled a bit but clean. Staff fixed the tv. Clean, well lit.
