The room's condition (air conditioning, beds, furniture, cleanliness, bathroom, etc.) is very good, The staff members were all nice and helpful. I suggest that this Comfort Inn improve its breakfast offerings slightly (if this is possible).

We have stayed at this hotel twice in the past 2 months. The first time I thought it was a fluke but after the second visit, I realized that you need to let the shower run for at least 20 mins if you’d like hot water. Both times the first person to shower around 6am had cold water for the duration of their shower. The water only heated up midway through the second shower.

The staff as well as management were the most awesome people that I have had to deal with in recent years. I travel a lot for work, I stayed in a lot of hotels, this is one of the better ones that I’ve been in in a long, long time, any future trips to Roanoke Virginia will be spent here without question

• our room was generally fine, but there was a weird stain in the bathtub that was not pleasant. • not really anyone’s fault, but since it’s right off the interstate it was very noisy with loud vehicles. • the common bathroom on the ground floor was filthy at 7am. very, very, dirty. toilet dirty and trash full to the top. breakfast room had zero ambience. the hot food was just lukewarm, and we were there right when it started as we had to get back on the road.

Our room clean and cozy. Breakfast options were good, milk and scrambled eggs were either low or none. But everything else was very good. Having so many places so close to shop and eat was wonderful 😋. Staff, GREAT!! From Victoria (check in), Vicki (breakfast), and Tracy - Front Desk Man. Were simply the best⭐️⭐️⭐️
