Check in is at 3 PM. I get there at 2:30 and I'm told my room will be ready in 15 minutes. I give them 30 minutes and go back to the desk. I'm told it's still not ready. I have an event to be at at 5PM. I finally get checked into a room at 4PM. No, I'm sorry for your wait, let us make this up to you. Nothing! The shower had a long black hair on the shower wall. Holiday Inn Express is usually top notch. This one wasn't.

The staff was very personable and helpful. Appreciate the cleanliness, number of towels provided. Beds were very comfortable Pillows are always, everywhere, too soft; so, I bring my own. Breakfast was tasty, the area was kept clean, good coffee. I would stay at this location again.

Would not check me into room as I did not have paper drivers license with me but had a copy but not original Had to go to another hotel in area with no problem. They also kept my payment for room and did not refund payment
