Everything was fresh, clean and smelled nice. AC worked amazingly. Big pillows were GREAT, made the bed and sleeping more comfortable. Only complaint was lack of water pressure at shower head, but this seems to be the norm everywhere.

The room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Hubby and I had a "local" night away with no kiddos and it was peaceful. Slightly disappointed in the shower, the shower head was dirty and it squealed when turned on. Otherwise, our stay was wonderful!

The reason for the terrible rating despite the excellent conditions is that I was there for a convention half an hour into the quote about half an hour into the convention. We received word that we were being thrown out. The convention was canceled. I have gotten your money back, but still, it was by no fault of our own. It was because of the hotel.
