When we checked in we was not informed that they over booked and couldn’t give us the room we purchased. We purchased it for the space and my kids had to sleep very uncomfortable. When my wife ask for the Manager he was not accommodating and was very nasty to her and who ever he was on the phone with while dealing with us very unprofessional. I will not or recommend anyone to that hotel the staff is horrible.

While sleeping the staff tried to barge in with no knocking woke us up and when I went out in the hallway because thankfully I had the safety lock on. On the overall , property was great.when I went downstairs for breakfast, was told cook called out, so breakfast was canceled. There was no plan B for breakfast. Pre -paid for breakfast that I didn’t get. My receipt was printed but showing no charges and at this point I don’t even know my final bill. I am very disappointed to say the least.
