The place was falsely advertised. It was under construction and I had to leave on day 2 because I did not want to be woken up at 7 am everyday on my holidays. No refund has been offered

There is construction going on the 3rd floor and I was given a room right next to it. I booked to have a peaceful night stay before my flight in the morning and I was not able to get any rest. The room itself is clean. There was also some guy sleeping in the construction area/hallway which scared me as I was the only one on this floor and I heard movement in the night and saw him. The security talked to him but I’m not sure if he just lives there in the hallway? Didn’t feel safe as a solo woman.

This was an absolute rip-off! Place was a total slum for poor Hondurans. Shabby, in disrepair, and filthy. There was no one around to check me in. After waiting 2 hours, I hailed a taxi and found a cheap clean hotel close to the airport. And shame on you Expedia for not vetting out these places.
