The room was spacious, clean and nicely updated. (Could use a toilet paper holder!) The staff were very professional and kind. Particularly Romerio in the dining room, Janessa and Ingrid in entertainment and Felisha from the customer service area. The food was good and plentiful. The facility was a bit dated, but everything was clean and well kept. I would have no hesitation to return to this resort.

The room’s size is commendable, and the decor exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere. However, the room could benefit from some upgrades. Notably, several drawers were damaged and require attention. While the food was delicious, the menu could be expanded to offer a wider variety of options. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. It is exceptionally cozy and clean. However, we had a concern regarding the lack of bottled water. Upon arrival, we were provided with one bottle of water per person. To obtain additional water, guests were instructed to retain the empty bottle and refill it at the water fountain. This policy proved inconvenient, as it necessitated frequent refills. The most exceptional aspect of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Enrique and Javier from the entertainment team were exceptionally welcoming, professional, courteous, and efficient. Their dedication to making our stay memorable was truly commendable. ;) Will definitely be back!

I want to just provide feedback to help for future service! Half the staff was helpful and the other seemed to not want to be there. The room didn’t have any hot water and overall the appearance of the hotel was well below average. The food options were slim and the food was at various times cold. I noticed also that the fruit was canned fruit verses fresh. I travel often to all inclusives and none of these are ever concerns I think there is great potential as the surrounding resorts surpassed these expectations but definitely improvement in all areas is needed! I do hope notes are taken from this and you can improve your business. I truly have the best wishes for this resort!

The 1st room in J area was dirty, smelly and needed some serious refurbishment. When you enter the room, the musty smell lingers and no amount of freshener can help. The linen had bed stains and smells like it hasnt been changed in a while. The toilet has molds.

The staff was great. The food was good but the place definitely has some issues. The shower was installed backwards so you can't really get the right temperature. The TV fell off the wall in the room below us. The roof leaked so the carpet was constantly wet

The room had all of the amenities needed and was cleaned often, but the standout attractions of the resort were the pristine private beach, the two family-friendly pools, and the excellent food for every meal.

Room was neglected and smelled like mold, you could see mold on the lampshades. If you didn’t speak Spanish beware of this place as you won’t be treated the same and will be over looked quite often for others who do speak Spanish. It’s pretty sad to be honest.

My family and I went on a family trip 1/5-1/9 it was 7 of us. We had 3 rooms just for more comfort. All 3 rooms were right behind the reception desk and far from everything which we had no choice so that did not matter honestly. Since we had 3 rooms we were all able to see the difference in all. Rooms were E1, E2 & E4. Rooms were clean, 2 beds bathroom and 2 hammocks. Room E1 did not have blankets THE ENTIRE STAY even after we asked for blankets 3 times, all they said was they would send them with house keeping but never did. That same room also never got housekeeping done, no towels or anything. E2 did get clean most of the week and towels were changed. E4 did not get house keeping, towels or waters. They only provide water the first day then you use that to refill the whole stay. Mind you out of all the 3 rooms only E1 had 2 waters the first day, E2 had 3 since it was 3 of us in the room the second day but E4 did not get any any day. Whenever I asked for towels they would just ask for the room number but never bothered actually bringing them. Now food, food was okay. Breakfast was the most authentic but lunch & dinner was pretty much the same menu. The key cards suck, for room E2 & E4 we had to go to the reception about 4 times each to get new ones because they would stop working. Main reason I would NEVER come back here though its because the male staff made you feel uncomfortable on how they look at you, the older ones. One even came knocking on the door for what? Scary!

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. The staff was superb and always with a smile. The grounds were well kept and the food was good. We had a great experience with Mr George. Very pleasant and accommodating and always with a super smile. We will be planning to go back next year again.

Decent place for the money. The bad. Doesn’t match the Expedia description in that. Many of the amenities dont exist or arent included. Only 1 of the restaurants is included. They dont have pool/billiard tables. The real check in time is 3 not 2. The bar only had miller highlife which is fine. The drink selection was limited. The transportation shuttle is a joke. They will only go to 1 of 2 ferrys to La Ceiba. And you have to tell them 2 days prior. The good. The beach is un real the sand and water are 10/10. The pool is also good. With lots of chairs. The food is about what you expect at a buffet. Still enjoyed the food. The room was very clean and they cleaned it daily. The staff was all very helpful and professional. I would maybe go again. For the price its a good deal.

Contacting the hotel is a nightmare. They have 6-8 numbers, of which none are answered. You call the 4-star sister hotel, and it's as bad as this one. Setting up the transfer at the last minute is a nightmare; they'll never answer the phones or messages, and the transfers are overcharged. You are better off setting up a transfer from a local taxi service. Restaurant amenities are limited, and forget about having all-inclusive drinks included! Like, what's the point of the all-inclusive? One restaurant, bar with little to no local beverages, but they'll sell them to you, which is insane, ridiculous. The food is average, and most staff members are welcoming and nice.
